Saguni Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales in June 2025 to run the UK-side administration of cross-border technology ventures. It is director-led, deliberately small, and works with a handful of clients at a time.
Everything in writing, before it happens
No engagement starts without a signed services agreement setting out scope, fees and responsibilities. Every payment we make is backed by an invoice or receipt, and every month closes with a statement.
Costs and fees are never blended
What we spend on a client's behalf and what we charge for our own service are shown as separate lines. A client can always see exactly what went to a contractor and what came to us.
We stay inside our lane
We are administrators and operators. We do not own our clients' products or intellectual property, we do not give legal or tax advice, and we do not carry on regulated financial activity.
UK compliance is our own responsibility
We file with Companies House and HMRC on time, work with UK accountants, and keep records for the statutory retention periods. Our own overheads are absorbed by us, not billed to clients.
We take on clients we can verify. Before an engagement begins we identify the counterparty and the people behind it, confirm the nature of the business, and decline anything we cannot document or would not want on our own record.
Personal data is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our privacy policy. Where we operate payment flows for a platform, the platform's own terms and the payment provider's terms govern the end customer's relationship, and we support the platform in meeting them.
Regulatory position
Saguni Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution or escrow provider, and does not hold client money. Payment processing and settlement are carried out by regulated third-party providers.
